Section 293.57688 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Requirement for automatic voter registration agency to transmit certain information to database created by Secretary of State; timeline for transmission1. An automatic voter registration agency is required to electronically transmit the following information of a person to the database created by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 293.675 using the system established pursuant to NRS 293.57686: (a) An electronic facsimile of the signature of the person, if the automatic voter registration agency is capable of recording, storing and transmitting to the county clerk an electronic facsimile of the signature of the person;(b) The first or given name and the surname of the person;(c) The address at which the person actually resides as set forth in NRS 293.486 and, if different, the address at which the person may receive mail, including, without limitation, a post office box or general delivery;(d) The date of birth of the person;(e) At least one of the following:(1) The number indicated on the person's current and valid driver's license or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles; or(2) The last four digits of the person's social security number; and(f) A description of the documentation presented to the automatic voter registration agency that indicates the person is a citizen of the United States.2.
