Section 284.110 - Personnel Operating Fund: Creation; sources; uses1. The Human Resources Operating Fund is hereby created as an internal service fund.
2. The Division may accept on behalf of the State any grant or contribution, federal or otherwise, made to assist in meeting the costs of carrying out the purposes of this chapter. All such grants and contributions must be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the Human Resources Operating Fund.3.
