Section 281A.220 - Review panels: Appointment; composition; functions; disqualification of members from participation in further proceedings in matter1. The Chair shall appoint one or more review panels of three members of the Commission on a rotating basis to perform the functions assigned to such review panels pursuant to this chapter.2. The Chair and Vice Chair of the Commission may not serve together on a review panel.3. Not more than two members of a review panel may be members of the same political party.4.
