Section 279.564 - Preparation or adoption of redevelopment plan by agency; hearings and negotiations

Each agency shall prepare or cause to be prepared, or adopt, a redevelopment plan for each redevelopment area and for that purpose may hold hearings and conduct examinations, investigations and other negotiations.
