Section 277.188 - Interpretation of Act must not limit power of state agency or local government to carry out statutory duties and responsibilities

Nothing in the State and Local Government Cooperation Act shall be interpreted to limit the power of a state agency or local government to carry out its statutory duties and responsibilities.
