Section 274.220 - Manager of zone: Appointment; qualifications; duties1. The management of a specially benefited zone must be under the jurisdiction of the designating municipality.2. Each designating municipality shall, by ordinance, appoint a zone manager for the certified zones within its jurisdiction. A zone manager must be an officer or employee of the municipality.3.
