Section 271.2045 - "Service provider" defined
"Service provider" means:
1. A person or corporation subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada that provides electric or communication service to the public; and2. A video service provider, as that term is defined in NRS 711.151, that provides service from a video service network,by means of service facilities.
