Section 250.220 - Unlawful disclosure of confidential information obtained from county assessor; penalty

If a person discloses confidential information about a person or entity in violation of NRS 250.100 to 250.180, inclusive, and section 12 of this act, and the person who makes the disclosure knows or reasonably should know that such disclosure will create a substantial risk of bodily harm to the person about whom the information pertains or to a person to whom the entity is providing shelter, as applicable, the person who makes the disclosure is guilty of a misdemeanor.
