Section 247.100 - Documents to be recorded in order received; maintenance and public inspection of records of transactions conducted in recorder's office and fees collected Each county recorder shall:
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 247.145, record each document in the order in which it is received;2. Maintain a record of all transactions conducted within the office and a record of all fees collected; and3.
