Section 244A.733 - Option to purchase1. If the project is to be leased, the lease may grant the lessee an option to purchase all or a part of the project at a stipulated purchase price or prices or at a price or prices to be determined upon appraisal as provided in the lease.2. The option may be exercised at such time or times as the lease may provide.3.
