Section 244.369 - Food handlers: Ordinance requiring physical examinations; limitations1. Subject to the limitations contained in subsection 2, any board of county commissioners may by ordinance require that any food handler, as defined in 446.030, submit to physical examination as a prerequisite to engaging in or continuing to engage in such occupation.2.
