Section 244.369 - Food handlers: Ordinance requiring physical examinations; limitations1. Subject to the limitations contained in subsection 2, any board of county commissioners may by ordinance require that any food handler, as defined in NRS 446.030, submit to physical examination as a prerequisite to engaging in or continuing to engage in such occupation.2.
