Section 244.1609 - Designation of site for persons to complete Internet sale of personal property; immunity from liability1. Each board of county commissioners shall designate at least one sheriff's office, or part thereof, as a site at which two or more persons may meet to complete the sale of an item of personal property that was initiated on the Internet. 2.
