Section 242.241 - Repayment of costs of construction of computer facility1. Until the construction costs of $535,600 for the computer facility in Carson City, Nevada, have been paid, the Chief shall pay annually from the Fund for Information Services to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund 2 percent of the facility's original acquisition cost.2.
