Section 242.125 - Consultation and coordination with state agencies not required to use services or equipment of Division

Regulations, policies, standards and guidelines adopted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must be developed after consultation and coordination with state agencies that are not required to use the services or equipment of the Division.
