Section 241.025 - Designee of member of public body not allowed; exception1. Unless the designation is expressly authorized by the legal authority pursuant to which a public body was created: (a) The public body may not designate a person to attend a meeting of the public body in the place of a member of the public body; and(b) A member of the public body may not designate a person to attend a meeting of the public body in his or her place.2. Any authorized designation must be made in writing or made on the record at a meeting of the public body.3.
