Section 240.191 - Unlawful acts; injunctive relief1. It is unlawful for a person to:(a) Represent himself or herself as an electronic notary public if the person has not registered with the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 240.192.(b) Submit a registration as an electronic notary public that contains a substantial and material misstatement or omission of fact.2.
