Section 239C.240 - Suspicious or unusual request to inspect restricted document

Nothing in NRS 239C.220 or 239C.230 shall be deemed to prohibit a public officer or employee from contacting a law enforcement agency to report a suspicious or unusual request to inspect a restricted document.
