Section 232.140 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Support of Department provided by legislative appropriations; claims1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 232.161, money to carry out the provisions of NRS 232.010 to 232.162, inclusive, and to support the Department and its various divisions and other units must be provided by direct legislative appropriation from the State General Fund.2.
