Section 232.0086 - Requirements related to minority groups: Publication of name and contact information of diversity and inclusion liaison on Internet website; provision of such information to certain state agencies A state agency that designates a diversity and inclusion liaison pursuant to NRS 232.0085 shall:
1. Publish on its Internet website the name and contact information of the state agency's diversity and inclusion liaison.2. Provide the name and contact information of the state agency's diversity and inclusion liaison to the Office of Minority Health and Equity, the Commission on Minority Affairs and the Office for New Americans.Added to NRS by 2021, 3228, effective January 1, 2022Added by 2021, Ch. 497,§11, eff. 1/1/2022.
