Section 232.505 - Definitions

As used in NRS 232.505 to 232.866, inclusive, and sections 19 to 22, inclusive, of this act, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. "Department" means the Department of Business and Industry.

2. "Director" means the Director of the Department.
