Section 232.226 - Authority of Office to apply for and receive gifts, grants, contributions and other money

The Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management may apply for and receive any gift, grant, contribution or other money from any source to carry out the provisions of NRS 232.222 to 232.227, inclusive.
