Section 232.2197 - Department of Administration's Communications Fund: Revenue1. All revenue resulting from: (a) Postage sold to state officers, departments and agencies and local governments and other governmental entities; and(b) Charges for proportionate costs of mail service operation, must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Communications Fund created by NRS 232.2196.
2.
