Section 231.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Encouragement of award of of state contracts to businesses that have been in operation for not more than 5 years and whose principal place of business is in Nevada]

The Office of Economic Development shall encourage 5 percent of the total number of state contracts to be awarded to businesses that have been in operation for not more than 5 years and whose principal place of business is in this State.
