Section 231.1465 - Declaration of public policy regarding implementation of programs of workforce development It is hereby declared to be the public policy of this State in implementing the State Plan for Economic Development developed by the Executive Director pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 231.053 that:
1. The industrial and economic development of all geographic areas of this State be supported through the implementation of programs of workforce development that prioritize the recruitment, assessment and training of a highly skilled and diverse workforce; and 2.
