Section 231.125 - Office of Economic Development: Fees to support activities1. The Office may charge such fees for: (a) Materials prepared for distribution by the Office;(b) Advertising in materials prepared by the Office; and(c) Services performed by the Office on behalf of others, such as the procurement of permits, as it deems necessary to support the activities of the Office.
2.
