Section 231.167 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Creation; divisions

The Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs is hereby created, consisting of:

1. The Division of Tourism;

2. The Division of Museums and History, created by NRS 381.004;

3. The Board of Museums and History, created by NRS 381.002;

4. The Nevada Arts Council, created by NRS 233C.025;

The Board of the Nevada Arts Council, created by NRS 233C.030; and

6. The Commission on Tourism.
