Section 227.180 - Funds
The State Controller shall:
1. Keep accounts with the funds heretofore created and such other funds as may hereafter be created, or as the State Controller may deem advantageous to keep.2. Credit the funds with the amount of money received, and shall charge them with the amount of warrants drawn.
