Section 227.100 - Deputy State Controller: Appointment; classification; duties; restrictions on other employment1. The State Controller may appoint a Deputy in the unclassified service of the State, who may, in the absence of the State Controller, do all acts devolving upon and necessary to be performed by the State Controller, except the signing of state warrants and bonds.2.
