Section 218F.120 - Employment of personnel for legislative duties between regular sessions; payment of salaries and related costs1. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 218A.510 and 218A.540, between regular sessions, the Director, with the approval of the Legislative Commission, may appoint such technical, clerical and operational staff as the functions and operations of the Legislature may require.2.
