Section 218A.812 - "Committee" defined1. "Committee" means: (a) The Legislative Commission and any other legislative committee or subcommittee created by a specific statute, concurrent resolution or order of the Legislative Commission to conduct studies or investigations or perform any other legislative business during the legislative interim; and(b) Any other commission, committee, subcommittee or similar body for which legislative staff serves as the primary administrative or professional staff.2.
