Section 217.210 - Limitations on time for making order for payment of compensation; exceptions1. The compensation officer may order the payment of compensation and the award of a Governor's certificate for meritorious citizen's service to a victim for: (a) Medical expenses, expenses for psychological counseling and nonmedical remedial care and treatment rendered in accordance with a religious method of healing that are actually and reasonably incurred as a result of the personal injury or death of the victim;(b) Loss of earnings or support that is reasonably incurred as a result of the total or partial incapacity of the victim for not longer than 52 weeks;(c) Pecuniary loss to the dependents of a deceased victim;(d) Funeral expenses that are actually and reasonably incurred as a result of the death of the victim; and(e) Another loss which results from the personal injury or death of the victim and which the compensation officer determines to be reasonable.2.
