Section 213.135 - Case hearing representatives: Board may maintain list of eligible persons; qualifications; designation1. The Board may establish and maintain a list of persons eligible to serve as case hearing representatives in the manner provided by NRS 213.133.2. Each member on the list of persons eligible to serve as a case hearing representative must have at least: (a) A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, sociology, psychology, social work, law or the administration of correctional or rehabilitative facilities and programs and not less than 3 years of experience in one or several of those fields; or(b) Six years of experience in one or several of the fields specified in paragraph (a).3.
