Section 213.1515 - Inquiry to determine probable cause to believe violation occurred: Findings and determinations of inquiring officer; continued detention of parolee1. Upon completion of the inquiry, the inquiring officer shall: (a) Make a written summary of what occurred at the inquiry, noting the substance of the evidence given in support of parole revocation and the parolee's position and responses.(b) Determine whether there is probable cause to hold the parolee for a Board hearing on parole revocation.2.
