Section 212.170 - Furnishing intoxicant to person lawfully confined in jail or detention facility1. Any person who sells, barters, exchanges or in any manner disposes of any spirituous or malt liquor or beverage to any person confined in any county or city jail or detention facility is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.2.
