An offender shall have the right to receive visitors in person in accordance with the regulations adopted pursuant to section 2 of this act.2. Wardens and managers may authorize visits and correspondence between offenders and appropriate friends, relatives, and others in accordance with the regulations adopted pursuant to section 2 of this act.3.
