Section 207.335 - Counterfeiting or forging registry identification card or letter of approval issued for engaging in acts relating to medical use of cannabis; possessing counterfeit or forged registry identification card or letter of approval; penalty1. It is unlawful for any person to:(a) Counterfeit or forge or attempt to counterfeit or forge a registry identification card or letter of approval; or(b) Have in his or her possession with the intent to use any counterfeit or forged registry identification card or letter of approval.2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.3.
