Section 205A.100 - Gifts, grants, appropriations or donations; deposit of money in designated Account1. The Board may apply for any available grants and accept gifts, grants, appropriations or donations from any public or private source to assist the Board in carrying out its duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.2.
