Section 202.065 - Sale of alcoholic beverage containing more than 80 percent of alcohol by volume1. A person shall not sell an alcoholic beverage containing more than 80 percent of alcohol by volume.2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
