Section 178.544 - Records: Justice Court1. Whenever a person is admitted to bail in a Justice Court and the bail is put in by a written undertaking, the clerk of the Justice Court shall record: (a) The name of the defendant;(b) The names of the sureties;(c) The amount of the bond;(d) The name of the court;(e) The number of the case; and(f) Such other information as is reasonably necessary to complete the record.2.
