Section 176.295 - Costs when criminal action removed before trial; clerk to certify costs to auditor1. In every case where a criminal action may have been or shall be removed before trial, the costs accruing upon such removal and trial shall be a charge against the county in which the cause of the indictment or information occurred.2.
