Section 162A.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Nursing home" defined]

"Nursing home" means a "nursing facility" as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1396r (a), as amended, or "skilled nursing facility" as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1395i-3 (a), as amended.
