Section 162A.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Guardian" defined]

"Guardian" means a person appointed under other law by a court to make decisions regarding the personal affairs of an individual, including, without limitation, health care decisions. The term does not include a guardian ad litem.
