Section 159A.156 - Sale of interest in personal property pledged to protected minor and choses in action of estate of protected minor

The following interests of the estate of the protected minor may be sold in the same manner as other personal property:

1. An interest in personal property that has been pledged to the protected minor; and

2. Choses in action.
