Nev. Rev. Stat. § 159.023

Section 159.023 - "Minor" defined

"Minor" means any person who is:

1. Less than 18 years of age; or

2. Less than 19 years of age if guardianship of the person is continued until the person reaches the age of 19 years pursuant to NRS 159A.191.
