Section 159.0615 - Appointment of master of court or special master to identify person most qualified and suitable to serve as guardian; hearing; recommendation1. If the court determines that a person may be in need of a guardian, the court may order the appointment of a master of the court or a special master from among the members of the State Bar of Nevada to conduct a hearing to identify the person most qualified and suitable to serve as guardian for the proposed protected person.2.
