Section 150.110 - Final account: Filing; penalties for failure to file1. If all the property of an estate has been sold or there is money available for the payment of all debts due by the estate, and the estate is in a proper condition to be closed, the personal representative shall file a final account and request a settlement of his or her administration.2.
