Section 143.460 - Commencement and defense of certain actions and proceedings

The personal representative who has limited authority or full authority has the power to do all the following:

1. Commence and maintain actions and proceedings for the benefit of the estate.
2. Defend actions and proceedings against the decedent, the personal representative or the estate.
