Section 143.150 - Action to recover fraudulently conveyed property for benefit of creditors1. If the decedent conveyed any real property or any rights or interests therein, with intent to defraud creditors or to avoid any obligation, debt or duty owed another, or so conveyed the property that by law the deeds of conveyance are void as against creditors, or made a gift of property in contemplation of death, and there is a deficiency of assets in the hands of the personal representative to pay all the expenses and debts of the estate, the personal representative, on petition of any creditor, shall commence and prosecute to final judgment any proper action for the recovery of the property for the benefit of the creditors.2.
