Section 130.025 - Jurisdiction by arrest1. If a tribunal of this state believes that an obligor may flee, it may: (a) As an initiating tribunal, request that the responding tribunal obtain the body of the obligor by appropriate process; or(b) As a responding tribunal, obtain the body of the obligor by appropriate process.2.
