Section 130.703 - Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of Department of Health and Human Services to perform certain functions under Convention

The Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services is recognized as the agency designated by the United States central authority to perform specific functions under the Convention.
